Drazí členové spolku,
opět se blíží doba, kdy je potřeba dostát spolkovým povinnostem a svolat valnou hromadu (dále VH) k volbě rady na následující dva roky.
Tímto bych tedy rád vyhlásil termín následují VH na 29.5.2026.
Jelikož je pro usnášeníschopnost rady potřebná nadpoloviční většina členů spolku, chtěl bych požádat oznámení vaší účasti a o ověření, že jsou vaše členské příspěvky řádně zaplaceny dle instrukcí na webu spolku („Jak se stát členem“ [1]).
Programem schůze bude mimo volby rady také uzavření předchozího roku.
Jste-li si jist nyní vědomi vašim zájmem kandidovat do rady, pro ulehčení schůze lze sdělit váš záměr a představy na mailinglist clenove@lists.openalt.org.

Dear members of the association,
Once again, the time is approaching when it is necessary to fulfill our association obligations and convene a general assembly (GA) to elect the board for the next two years.
I would like to announce the date of the next GA on May 29, 2026.
Since a majority of the association members is required for the board to have a quorum, I would like to request your participation and verification that your membership fees have been properly paid according to the instructions on the association’s website („Jak se stát členem“ [1]).
In addition to the board elections, the meeting’s agenda will also include the closing of the previous year.
If you are now aware of your interest in running for the board, to facilitate the meeting, you can communicate your intention and ideas to the mailing list clenove@lists.openalt.org.
